Physical Therapy Consultation $125
Includes any portion of 1st hour.
School site assessments, IEP attendance,
Caregiver training, etc

  • Additional fees may apply for travel of greater than 35 miles one way
  • Documents to improve efficiency and likelihood of insurance reimbursement for these services are included in the prices.
